A couple of months ago we had the opportunity to interview Brit Es* filmmaker Guido Benedicto in London, about the shooting of his short film KLESH. The film, currently in post-production, talks about love. And more precisely about the immediate reaction to an unexpected trauma such as the deterioration of a relationship.

Right after wrapping shooting, Benedicto started a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds to complete post-production. It turned out to be a complete success, reaching 77 backers and raising £2860 -surpassing the original £2500 goal.

Grateful with the outcome, he wanted to thank the backers and supporters of the project as a filmmaker would do. And that did not involve sending greeting cards, but filming a little gem called ASTEROIDS.

We are keeping a close eye on the progression of the project and would love to congratulate the director and the crew on the success of the crowdfunding campaign. And we are also very proud to present ASTEROIDS to our readers. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

*We use the concept Brit Es to define the people, projects, trends and cultural offerings in the UK that have a Spanish quality or origin but are also influenced by and inseparable from British culture.
